AI Content Policy

Effective Date: October 30, 2026

VidGlade provides AI-assisted tools for creating short-form video content. This policy explains the limitations of AI-generated content and your responsibilities.

1. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

VidGlade uses AI models to generate scripts, images, voice narration, music, captions, and rendered video files. AI-generated content may contain:

  • Factual inaccuracies or fabricated statements
  • Misleading or biased statements
  • Copyright or trademark concerns
  • Inappropriate or unexpected material
  • Content that violates third-party platform policies (e.g., YouTube's Community Guidelines)
  • Material that requires additional rights, licenses, or permissions before publication

You must review and verify all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy, Originality, or Lawfulness

VidGlade does not guarantee that generated content is:

  • Accurate or factually correct
  • Original or non-derivative
  • Non-infringing of third-party rights
  • Lawful in your jurisdiction
  • Suitable for any particular purpose
  • Eligible for monetization on YouTube or any other platform

3. Rights to AI Outputs

VidGlade does not represent that you automatically own exclusive copyright in all AI outputs. Rights in AI-generated content depend on:

  • Applicable law in your jurisdiction
  • The terms of service of the underlying AI provider
  • The source materials used as inputs
  • Any relevant third-party licenses

Some jurisdictions may not recognize copyright in AI-generated works. Some AI providers retain rights to outputs under their terms of service. You are responsible for confirming what rights you have in any content you generate through VidGlade before publishing or monetizing it.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all AI-generated content before publication
  • Verifying factual claims
  • Confirming you have the rights to any source material included in your prompts
  • Complying with applicable laws and platform policies where you publish content
  • Disclosing AI-generated content where required by applicable law or platform policies (e.g., YouTube's policy on altered or synthetic content)

5. AI Provider Limitations

The Service depends on third-party AI providers (Z.ai, Pollinations.ai, gTTS). Output quality and availability may vary. We may switch providers, add fallbacks, or change generation methods without notice.

6. Prohibited AI Uses

You may not use VidGlade's AI tools to generate content described in our Content Guidelines, including but not limited to sexually explicit material, child exploitation, illegal drug or weapon instructions, violence, fraud, or other unlawful content.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AI Content Policy. Material changes will require renewed acceptance.
